How a case reaches the right doctor
Every case is triaged when it arrives. Orthopaedic and spine cases go to our orthopaedic specialists directly. Everything else goes to the multispeciality panel, which routes it to whoever is best placed to read it.
If a case needs a speciality we don’t have, we tell you that plainly and suggest where to go instead. We would rather send you elsewhere than give you an opinion we can’t stand behind.
